People with these conditions very often need to also address intestinal dysbiosis aka small intestinal bacterial overgrowth (or overgrown of bacteria generally found in higher than ideal numbers in modern societies), which is recently a standard of care treatment with great capacity to cure diarrhea, constipation and ailments listed above for good without relying on long-term and generally less effective prescription medication. Presently, addressing this core underyling reason for these conditions helps 65-95% of people; and is best addressed using herbal anti-microbials (as described in IB Nutritional Supplement Protocol) and/or the prescription drug rifixamin (which some but no all gastroenternologist are yet aware of). Therefore, choose organic versions of Dirty Dozens yet non-organic versions of Clean Fifteen are permitted (except in the cases of corn and papaya where only organic or non-gmo versions should be chosen, as these crops are commonly genetically modified [i.e., gmo] in the America - although not in Europe, UK and other nations where gmo crops are illegal due to substantial cancer risk and related concerns).

Here are some more specific recommendations based on individual constitutions:

Curbing animalistic tendencies of humans through nutrition (based on ancient wisdom described in Christian gnostic gospel and Chinese/Himalayan animal-based astrological texts):

Testing and/or optimization of fatty acid compositions of blood (e.g. ideal omega-3/6 ratio, adequate omega 7, 9, etc. consumptions and overall fiber consumption should be targeted through intake of vegetable listed above, etc. Characteristic of people with pig tendencies include those who who eat pig/pork including bacon, have insatiable hunger drives including inability to fast, consider food to be the or a top source of pleasure in life, who wisdom development is generally consistent with the conventional ways of the world, were born in the Chinese/Himalayan astrological year of the pig (i.e., 1935, 1947, 1959, 1971, 1983, 1995, 2007, 2019, 2035, etc.) and/or month of the pig [falls within Jan to Feb depending on year) and have other tendencies consistent with that of the pig. Those with dog tendencies should strongly emphasize increasing intake of bone related minerals/nutrients including silica containing plants like lotus root, bamboo shoots and hearts of palm while ensure calcium food intake to be at least l000mg per day which generally requires low to moderate dosages of calcium based supplements such as grass-fed bone meal, calcium hydroxyapatite and/or algae cal supplements. Vitamin d/k2 supplementation should be optimized as well as iron/ferritin, silica, magnesium, and potassium content - with help of blood testing and bone mineral testing. Lymphocyte panels should be tested for cd19 b-cell function and supported in low or functionally low with bone support listed above, grass-fed bone marrow supplements, herbal agents such as genistein, peony, salvia miltorrhizza and other cd19 boosters may be considered. People with ox tendencies are born in years 1925, 1937, 1949, 1961, 1973, 1985, 1997, 2009, 2021, 2033, 2045... and the annual periods of Taurus (those born in years and months of the rat should often also utilize these ox guidelines related to astrological understandings). People with ox tendencies are also very streadfast in their earthly associated plus overall spiritual development - a strong characteristic that all should have... Being inferior to only that of child tendencies with an innocent age of childhood youth to adult with spiritually wise and skillfully refined "easy yoke" demeanor - as it has been wisely said by Jesus and others. Lord Krishna's recommendations from the Bhagavad Gita (among the most specific "Golden-Age" info):

"The devotees of the Lord are released from all kinds of sins because they eat food which is offered first to the Lord. Others, who prepare food for personal sense enjoyment, verily eat only sin."

"I am the fire of digestion in the bodies of all living entities, and I join with the air of life, outgoing and incoming, to digest the four kinds of foodstuff."

"The food each person prefers is of three kinds, according to the three modes of material nature. Now hear of the distinctions between them:

l. Foods dear to those in the mode of goodness (sattvic) increase the duration of life, purify one’s existence and give strength, health, happiness and satisfaction. Such foods are juicy, rich in healthy fats, wholesome, pleasing to the heart and consumed in moderation."

Here, it can be assumed and as translated by others including Ayurvedic doctors to mean - polyphenol-rich fruits, essential fatty acids containing foods including various nut, seeds, oils/ghee and fatty fruits, lectin-free grains, healthy sweets, and a2-casein dairy sources (also supported by fact that it is well known that Krishna consumed town clearing amounts of cream and yogurt from ancient India cows since youth).

2. Foods that are too bitter, too sour, salty, hot/spicy, pungent, dry, fried and burning are dear to those in the mode of passion (rajasic). Such foods cause distress, misery and disease.

ADDITIONAL ESSENTIAL-NOURISHMENT TIPS:

Up to half of one's stomach should contain a rainbow-like earth components (i.e., colorful well-chewed and digesting mix nutrient-rich food). The next 25% should be of digestive water bath of nutrients from digesting food/pure water, carbonated water [good for some O-blood type individual digestion], herbal tea, l00% vegetable/fruit juice, etc.) with liquids never being used to wash down food or maldigestion from avoiding that of the mouth, teeth, tongue, etc. is guaranteed... With the upper 25% left empty for air/space to freely reside as in a cave, the atmosphere and/or cosmos. Never eat less than or twice that of an average healthy person unless Stage III is clearly attained. Too much food results in toxicity, clogging and metabolic diseases like obesity, diabetes, heart disease, and hundreds more... Eating too little is just as bad resulting in a degenerative state usually beginning in weakness of the lungs and overall subtle energy of the body then gradually spreading. Keeping in mind the stomach diagram above as well as attaining ever better Golden-Age like nutrient states (when all Mother Earth grows in pristine) first within and then the world around are keys!

We also recommend regular swimming & purification in natural bodies of water, rain, barefoot in grass, wooded areas and fields... as well as very affordable chlorine-filters for showers or more costly versions for the entire house.

- About 50% of the fluids one consumes should clear or white-fluid & essence purifiers/builders including pure water, unflavored mineral water/seltzer, plant-based milk (also good diluted) or a2-casein dairy fluid (preferably fermented or trusted raw source). While the other 50% being polyphenol-rich red/violet blood-fluid & essence purifier/builders including hot or iced teas, tisanes (i.e., herbal teas), polyphenol concentrate powder and liquid mixes & mindful consumption of best diluted and unsweetened/no sugar added 100% vegetable and fruit juices including organic, 100% Welch's or Kedem concord-purple grape juice, fresh or raw-pink or other 100% coconut waters, kombucha, water kefirs, organic or dole pineapple juice, unsweetened peach juice, best diluted unsweetened cranberry juice, wild blueberry juice, watermelon, organic strawberry, and prune juice. Algae such as green and blue spirulina, chlorella and blue-green algae drinks are appropriate, yet wheat-grass, barley-grass, alfalfa-grass etc. beverages should generally be avoided due to lectins. Natural wines, medicinal beers, or highly dilute medicinal liquors in fluids listed above may be consumed in moderation toward sparingly; aiming to gradually transcend these medicines (as all things are) and never starting if you don't presently drink. Coffee also falls into this category; black including cold brew is best or plant milk/cream may be added (adding dairy milk, half and half creams or conventional powder cream-alternative should be avoided as they are scientifically shown to strongly reduce to entirely eliminate the polyphenol-related medicinal effects of coffee. Organic heavy cream may not be detrimental and may be added in low dosages when necessary).

- All food and even beverages within reason should be consumed while sitting and not standing.

- Eat mindfully, chewing food well to near liquid consistency and sensing it providing nourishing liquid-light energy to all of your cells. Mindfully avoid washing down food with fluid, which eliminates essential oral digestive functions and is commonly noticed in nearly every person with serious gastrointestinal illness. Sipping tea, wine, water or another beverage that complements the meal when necessary is fine; yet food should be near liquified with the help of this before swallowing occurs.

- Pleasing music is permitted but no computers, phones or TV please. Wise conversations, but no chit chat or banter please, yet sacred quiet while alone or with loved ones (on the outside and/or within) is also best.

- Always eat in a quiet sanctuary-like location inside or outdoors in nature. Also choose aesthetically pleasing dinnerware including natural material-based bowls, chalices, glasses, mugs, plates, utensils, etc.

- Total food consumption volume should range from one to two quarts of healthy food per day dependent on age, weight and energy expenditure. No person should consume more or less than these volume amounts (unless within a therapeutic-fasting and sickness/disease-recovery phase).

- Neither should a person's energy expenditure be more than twice or half the energy (taking into account basal metabolic rate) as another average person of the same age and weight. Idle or excessive behaviors, including exercise-related, lead to internal wasting-degeneration and/or toxic diseases - not healthy body, actions and wisdom-building, which is the goal!

- Mindful eating also includes using sacred practices. These can be wide-ranging including saying of grace, a sacred prayer, repeating a holy word/mantra, lifting and offering food and beverages upward with left or both hands and arms toward the trees and/or sun (particularly in morning), sun, sky and waters (around noontime), stars and moon (in evening), and anytime toward the heavens, four to ten+ sacred directions, ascended masters, Guides, Mother Earth, Heavenly Father, Mother-Father God, Self, I AM Presence, etc.
